Proof page · trust nothing, watch it

Check it yourself

Every tool here says your file is never uploaded. That sentence is only worth something if you can watch it being true. This page runs a real job while listing, live, every request it makes. And because a page grading its own homework is worth little, the manual steps below it show the same check with your own browser's tools, on any page of this site.

The live witness

Since this page opened, it has been keeping two lists: what it loaded when it arrived, and every request it has made since. Run the job below and watch the second list while it works.

    Requests since, live

What this proves, exactly: the job above ran with the requests shown, and none of them carried your file. What it does not prove by itself: that other pages behave the same. That is what your own network panel, below, is for.

The same check, with your own tools

      1. 01 · Open any tool page on this site.
      2. 02 · Open your browser's developer tools and pick the Network panel. In Chrome it is under the menu "More tools, Developer tools"; in Firefox and Safari it is in the developer or Web Inspector menu.
      3. 03 · Press the clear button on the network list, then run a job with a real file.
      4. 04 · Watch the list while the job runs and at the moment you download. Every line is this page asking its own site for a program file. Nothing in the list carries your file, because no request is made with it.

What leaves your device, family by family

      PDF tools

      what loads
The @cantoo/pdf-lib program and, for scans, PDF.js plus Tesseract.js, all loaded from this site.
      of your file, what leaves
Nothing. The PDF is read into the page and the result is built there.

      Image tools

      what loads
The jSquash codec programs (WebAssembly), loaded from this site.
      of your file, what leaves
Nothing. The photo is decoded, worked on and re-encoded in the page.

      Background removal

      what loads
The removal program, 44.3 MB, arriving as 11 pieces your browser checks against a printed fingerprint list before running it.
      of your file, what leaves
Nothing. The photo stays in the page; only the program travels, and it travels to you, not from you.

      Any page on this site

      what loads
The page itself and its program files, like any website.
      of your file, what leaves
Page counts may be kept in aggregate. Pages carry ads; an ad sees the page you are on. It cannot see your file, which never leaves the page's memory.
